I want to thank Anomi and her Husband for their kindness. We spend unfortunately just one night in their beautiful and lovely House. It was just the perfect place to relax after a night in air and before our trip in Sri Lanka and it was just the perfect Hosts ! They gave us very precious informations about their country. We had a very good time with them, and it was a pleasure to speak, to laugh with them. We had a delicious dinner too.... We 'll come back in Sri Lanka, we 'll come back by them. I had the opportunity to spend seven excellent days in February 2013 in the home of Anomi and Vipul. They both made me feel very welcome and took the time to share ideas about travel in the Colombo area and other parts of Sri Lanka. Both Anomi and Vipul have traveled extensively. They willingly shared these and other experiences of living in Sri Lanka. In addition they were aware what a person coming to a new community needs to know such as transportation information. Just a block from their house lives a metered tuk tuk driver who was always available, friendly and helpful. He was able to drive me into the center of Colombo to visit various places and to find a place to fix my backpack. Anomi and Vipul’s home is beautifully designed with many of the architecture and furniture design ideas coming from Anomi. I had my own bathroom and well-equipped bedroom. The home is located in a quiet residential area, but has ready access to other facilities and transportation. It was nice to come back at the end of a day of traveling to their home. Anomi will also cook delicious meals for you with prior arrangements. Both Anomi and Vipul were gracious hosts and went out of their way to make my stay an enjoyable one. I would highly recommend their home stay when you are in Sri Lanka. Don.​

We stayed with Anomi and Vipul for 7 nights - what fabulous hosts!! She was so helpful in arranging trishaws each morning as well as taxis - and really anything else we needed. She also cooked us some very nice meals at a minimal charge. The house is so beautiful and really quite close to the main part of Colombo - but the home is away from the noise and horns that the city brings. I highly recommend staying here. Very safe, hot water, friendly host, good food and even wifi - we could not have asked for more. We look forward to their next visit to Australia!
